CCWAVES is a nationally-recognized certifying body that sets, maintains and promotes high standards consistently and responsively for persons who practice vocational evaluation, work adjustment, and career assessment.

Certification Information icon Certification warrants that the practitioner has met standards of education and experience established for the profession and has passed the certification examination. Course requirements are described in detail.
 
Examination Information icon Examinations are administered twice a year. Purpose, content, and resources useful in preparing for the exam are described, as is the process for generating and submitting questions to be included in the exam.
 
The Registry recognizes the educational attainment of practitioners who provide direct, individualized, community-based vocational services to consumers, and who are alumni of undergraduate programs which are registered with CORE's Committee on Undergraduate Education.
 
Publications and Resources icon CCWAVES publishes the Wavelengths newsletter. Manuals, guidelines, and forms are available for download. Link to sites useful in preparing for the exam, learning more about the profession, or locating a related resource.
